I am so excited for the trips that are coming up this year. So far, I have two trips scheduled that I will be on, and there are two other trips that I’m excited for. Please pray with me this month for the trips that I will not be on.

The people going on these trips are fundraising now, pray that God will move in people to give.
Pray for the families of the people who are going. Having mom away is difficult.
Pray for those who are going that God will bless them and use them as a blessing

Prayer Trip

My wife, Kathryn, is leading a prayer walking trip to Izmit, Turkey, in early June. The group will prayer walk the city, asking God to bring salvation and blessing. They will also fellowship with the family who serves at the church and connect with the members of the church. You can sign up here to receive updates.

Training Trip

I’m excited that my son, Sam, and his wife, Berlynn, will go to Izmit to bless Suat and Müge at the end of June. Berlynn and Müge have similar passions to use their creativity to bless people. Müge does not have the resources or training to create the items that she wants to. Berlynn has knowledge and skills that would be a blessing to share with Müge. Sam gets to return to the country he grew up in as an adult, wanting to give and bless. Sam and Suat will be translators helping Berlynn teach Müge. With only 10,000 Christians in a country with over 80 million, there is a desire for but not access to Christian-themed gifts and decorations. Having Sam and Berlynn come alongside Suat and Müge is a perfect fit to make Christian-themed gifts and decorations to the Christian community of Turkey. Please pray for Sam and Berlynn.
